Why has my banking changed?

In September 2009 we wrote to you to advise you of our intention to merge Bank of Scotland International Limited with Lloyds TSB Offshore.

The merger became effective on 1st January 2010 with the two companies continuing as a single company, Loyds TSB Offshore Limited.

As we continued to shape and integrate our business, we have also been looking at the service we provide.

As a result, we are transferring our customer accounts to a new system and are transferring your banking to Loyds TSB International.
